Our technology department, which is made up of experienced
adjusters and programmers, has developed several innovative
ways to generate all the data a company needs presented in
a paperless manner, which saves you time, money on printing,
and allows you to monitor your claims more securely and faster
than ever. Our adjusters are trained with our computer guidelines,
which allow them to work faster therefore providing faster
customer service to the insured and the company.
Through technology and training, we constantly enhance
and upgrade our operating capabilities. All losses are immediately
assigned to an adjuster. Contact within 24 hours is mandatory,
and a 48-hour inspection is expected if conditions permit.
Before being submitted to the carrier, every loss is examined
by either our Home Office staff or on-site field supervisors.
The file is reviewed for timeliness of insured contact and
inspection, accuracy of coverage interpretation and damage
assessment. We will verify that the loss was reviewed with
the insured and that an agreed-upon settlement was negotiated.
For further quality control, our staff supervisors
or general adjusters re-inspect 10% of losses.
